I have traveled extensively for blockchain events, hackathons, and work, visiting multiple countries between 2023 and 2026. Travel became a significant part of my identity as a “nomad developer” during college, through my work at Viaprize with Noah Chon Lee and participation in the web3 community.

Timeline of major trips

  • IIT Bombay E-Summit (2023): Early conference attendance.
  • Thailand, Mu Accelerator (October 2023): First international dev trip. Trained Muay Thai. “Being a nomad developer is super fun!” Reported odd readjustment effects after returning home: “food started feeling slightly spicy, surroundings are more noisy.”

  • Bali (February 2025): “Bali airport process was so fucking smooth… I was worried coz I was only 3 hours early to flight, if it was Delhi or Mumbai I would have been rushing” (11 likes).
  • ETH Global (September 2025): Built PayAny.link, while also working remotely for Legion.

Lessons and incidents

  • Missed a flight by 10 minutes once, costing $600 for 3 people. “For the first time in life missed flight by 10 fucking mins.”
  • Bangkok advice: “Never get a cab in Bangkok. Took more than 40 mins for 2 kms.”
  • Delhi Terminal 1 observation: “single handedly occupied by Indigo flights, it’s pure dominance.”
  • Bad experience with Kenya Airways on the way to Zanzibar.
  • Sometimes spent heavily: “somehow I spent more than $3.5k in just 10 days.”
  • Wanted to go to Bali or a hacker house again in April 2026.
